418 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Education and Science the proposals, if any, he has received for an outreach facility from Carlow Regional Technical College in Naas, County Kildare; if a site zoned for educational use in Devoy Barracks, Naas, County Kildare, has been examined for this purpose; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
