233 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will give a detailed reply to a complaint lodged on 22 October 1998 to his Department by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in relation to nursing home subvention; and if the case will be investigated with a view to resolving the matter.
