380 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science if students who receive a maintenance grant at post leaving certificate level can subsequently receive a grant at diploma and degree levels; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25807/98]
Students who receive grants under the terms of the ESF-aided maintenance grant scheme for students attending post leaving certificate courses and who subsequently progress to further study at diploma or degree level are eligible to apply for grant assistance under the relevant student support schemes.
