I propose to take Questions Nos. 12, 23, 49 and 78 together.

Drafting of the proposed Copyright and Related Rights Bill, which was undertaken under a special accelerated drafting mechanism, is now at a very advanced stage and my Department, in conjunction with the Office of the Attorney General, is preparing to conduct a final review of legal and drafting issues raised by the text which is required prior to its submission to Government for publication approval. It is my intention to see the Bill published at the earliest possible date and certainly within the first quarter of the new year.
