251 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if arrangements will be made to have a once off grant of £7,000 approved for the Irish Pre-School Playgroups Association towards the cost of the publication of its handbook. [26681/98]

The present position is that an application for lottery funding for the publication of a handbook has been received by my Department from the Irish Pre-School Playgroups Association. The application will be considered in the light of lottery funding available in 1999.
