187 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the number of appeals submitted to the headage and premia appeals unit in 1997 and to date in 1998; the length of time it has taken on average for an appeal to be finalised; the number of appeals decided in favour of the herd owner; and the number which were not.
