I propose to take Questions Nos. 101 and 144 together.
I am conscious that groups such as PDFORRA and RACO are not directly involved in the negotiations on national pay agreements. I am fully aware of their interest in participation in talks leading up to national agreements and I am anxious that, with the social partners, the associations are involved in a meaningful way in the determination of national agreements.
