Ireland — United Kingdom and Northern Ireland Double Taxation Convention: Motion.

I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:—

Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) Order, 1998.

A copy of which Order was laid before the House on 2 December, 1998.
