Vol. 498 No. 3

Written Answers - Hospital Waiting Lists.

Dinny McGinley

Question:

126 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (detail supplied) in County Donegal will be called for urgent cardiac surgery. [27106/98]

The provision of medical treatment to eligible persons in County Donegal is the statutory responsibility of the North-Western Health Board in the first instance. I have asked the chief executive officer of the North-Western Health Board to investigate this case and to reply to the Deputy directly as a matter of urgency.
