215 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Education and Science the amount of subsistence allowance payable to the teacher for a day of in-service training; if this will be increased; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28059/98]

In-service course organisers may, in respect of approved full day courses, arrange to provide lunch and tea-coffee for participants at an average cost of £7 per participant. There are no plans to increase this cost limit.
