148 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the policy papers issued by Trócaire in respect of refugees and asylum seekers; if any of the recommendations made by Trócaire have been taken up by the Government; if not, the Government's grounds for rejecting these recommendations in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
