316 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number and identity of persons appointed by him to various boards, agencies or executives since coming into office; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2648/99]

The information as to the appointments I have made to various boards, agencies or executives, including prison visiting committees, since I became Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform is set out hereunder:–

I subsequently appointed Ms Sinéad Behan, solicitor, on 17 November, 1998 to replace Ms Mary Devins who tendered her resignation from the Tribunal on 16 October, 1998.
