Safety of United Nations Personnel and Punishment of Offenders Bill, 1999: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to give the force of law to the United Nations Convention on the Safety of United Nations and Associated Personnel, done at New York on 9 December 1994, to provide for the punishment of offences against personnel and related matters.
