209 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the Land Commission will complete a vesting order transaction for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact his plots were excluded from the original vesting process in 1931. [4215/99]
The question of vesting the lands concerned in a person (details supplied) is a complex matter and officials from my Department have referred the matter to the examiner of titles to clarify the extent, if any, of Land Commission involvement.
I have requested that the Deputy be kept appraised of developments in the matter.
