339 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry will complete a registration for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the transfer process was originally completed incorrectly. [4217/99]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that they are unable to trace this application on the basis of the details supplied. If the Deputy can let me have the Land Registry dealing number and folio number, the Land Commission Schedule No., the townland and-or the date of lodgement and the name of the lodging party, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
