146 Ms Hanafin asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the number of prosecutions initiated for water pollution in each of the years 1997 and 1998; the number of water pollution prosecutions initiated in each of these years specifically resulting from fish kills; and the number of convictions in each case.
