139 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health and Children if the difficulties being experienced by a person (details supplied) in County Meath in acquiring the batch number of a three-in-one vaccination given to her child 23 years ago will be examined; and if arrangements will be made for the North Eastern Health Board to make this information available. I recently received representations on behalf of the person concerned, who is seeking information about the three-in-one vaccine her daughter received as a child. As my Department does not hold individual patient immunisation records I have referred the matter to the North-Eastern Health Board requesting it to examine its records and to respond to the person in relation to any vaccination records available in her daughter's case.
