Business of Dáil.

It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or on the order of the Dáil this day, that statements on Kosovo shall be taken today at 12.30 p.m.; and that proceedings thereon, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 1.30 p.m. The following arrangements shall apply: (1) the statement by the Minister or Minister of State and of the main spokespersons for the Fine Gael Party and the Labour Party shall not exceed 15 minutes in each case; (2) the statements of each other Member called upon shall not exceed five minutes in each case; and (3) Members may share time.

Is the proposal agreed? Agreed.
