19 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the Government's view of the current situation in Kosovo; the steps, if any, the Government intends to take to help secure a peaceful settlement; the Government's views as to whether NATO attacks on Serbia are appropriate in the absence of a United Nations mandate; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
