281 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Finance the position on the renewal of a lease under the control of his Department to a sports club (details supplied) in Dublin 9; if negotiations have been completed; and if outstanding difficulties will be explained and commented on. [10182/99]

Following several consultations a satisfactory agreement has been reached with Na Fianna GAA Club in relation to all aspects of the club's lease which were at issue. The necessary legal formalities to give effect to the agreement are in train at present.
