149 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if a copy of the consultancy report dealing with traffic management in Dublin and the traffic warden service, which was finalised after the appointment of a director of traffic for Dublin, will be made available. I am arranging for a copy of the relevant report to be sent to the Deputy. The report was completed in November 1996, some time before the appointment of a director of traffic, Dublin Corporation, in March 1997.
