The forms to be used in processing applications for civil divorce are prescribed in the Rules of the Superior Courts (No.3), 1997, SI No. 343 of 1997 in respect of applications to the High Court and in the Rules of the Circuit Court (No. 1), 1997, SI No. 84 of 1997, in respect of applications to the Circuit Court. These rules may be purchased from the Government Publications Sales Office, Sun Alliance House, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2, or by mail order from Government Publications, Postal Trade Section, 4-5 Harcourt Road, Dublin 2.
