Dick Spring

Question:

59 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will provide an expenditure breakdown for the £1 million announced for education services for children being released from residential care, custody or who are homeless or at risk in view of his post-budget announcement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10568/99]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 58 and 59 together.

The provision of education services and the redevelopment of St. Michael's remand and assessment unit in Finglas are matters for my colleague the Minister for Education and Science, Deputy Martin, and I have referred the matter to him.
