295 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry will expedite a registration for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact it is causing hardship to those involved. [11634/99]
I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 288 of 30 March 1999 in relation to this matter.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the Land Registry issued notices to interested parties on 21 April 1999 and, if there are no objections raised, the registration will proceed without undue delay.
