I remind the House of the new rules introduced from yesterday. A six minute time limit applies to each ordinary oral question consisting of two minutes for the Minister's initial reply and one minute each for a supplementary question and reply, subject to an overall limit of four minutes for supplementary questions and replies. Each question must be completed within six minutes.
