53 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will receive a third year REP scheme payment which is due since September 1998; and the reason for the delay in issuing payment on commonage cases. [12492/99]
The third year application is being processed at present and payment will be made within two weeks.
All REPS applications which included commonage land lodged subsequent to July 1998 could not be processed pending the availability of commonage framework plans. The recently published revised agri-environmental specifications and revised plan format allow for the acceptance of applications in these areas.
