368 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kildare has not been awarded a place for a higher diploma in education in view of the fact she fulfils all the educational criteria. [12894/99]

The admission of individual students to higher diploma in education programmes is a matter for the universities concerned and I have no function in this area.
