109 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) has not received a fodder payment; if any outstanding difficulties will be resolved; if payment will be immediately released; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13331/99]

A cheque for £294 was issued to the person named on 7 May 1999, in respect of the special fodder hardship fund scheme. This is his full entitlement under the scheme.
