80 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if the transfer of ownership of a fishing vessel to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 13 will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13691/99]

An offer of a sea fishing boat licence was made to the person concerned, subject to certain conditions and requirements, last month. Their application will be finalised expeditiously when all necessary information and undertakings are received by my Department.
