98 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Wexford was not allowed to transfer her full incremental points on the pay scale when switching employment from one health board to another; if this has been formally refused by the health board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the person concerned is employed by the South-Eastern Health Board, I have asked the chief executive officer of that board to investigate the matter and to communicate directly with the Deputy in relation to it.
