113 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of children who have received orthodontic treatment in the past year; the number he expects to receive treatment in the next 12 months; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14192/99]
The provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons is the statutory responsibility of the health boards.
I have had inquiries made of the health boards. The information that I have received from the boards is as follows:
