210 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the deeds will be processed for a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15890/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a local authority transfer order, Naas UDC which was lodged on 22 March 1999. A query issued to the lodging solicitors on 17 June 1999. This matter cannot proceed further until the query raised is satisfactorily discharged.

Question:

211 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the registration of lands will be completed for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo. [15918/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to a transfer of part and charge which was lodged on 7 September 1998. The dealing is in its final stages of drafting and will be completed without undue delay.

212 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will request the Land Registry to expedite a dealing for persons (details supplied) in County Cork. [15930/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to a transfer order with a mortgage which was lodged on 23 December 1998. A query issued to the lodging solicitors on 20 April 1999 and a reminder on 17 June 1999. This matter cannot proceed further until the query raised is satisfactorily discharged.
