110 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Defence further to Parliamentary Question No. 114 of 30 March 1999, the progress, if any, made on clearing the person's name; if he will confirm that a search of the files in storage has been initiated in respect of the claim being made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the military authorities that the relevant file papers in the case referred to have recently been located and recovered from long-term storage. When these records have been reviewed by the military authorities, I will communicate further with the Deputy.
