46 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the individuals responsible for the upkeep, repair and maintenance of the safety railings and steps to Dublin Bay foreshore from the Clontarf promenade; if an inspection of the area from Alfie Byrne Road to the Timber Bridge will be arranged; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The upkeep, repair and maintenance of the safety railings and steps referred to are the responsibility of Dublin Corporation. It is a matter for the corporation to consider if an inspection of the area referred to should be arranged.
