204 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will deal with a submission from Westmeath County Council for a grant towards the upgrading and refurbishment of Eanell Court housing estate, Patrick Street, Mullingar, County Westmeath; when he will give approval for the necessary grant moneys for this scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
