296 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Education and Science when he will make a decision regarding an application by a City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee teacher (details supplied) in Dublin 9 for an incremental credit in respect of his non-teaching experience; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The application for incremental credit in the case referred to by the Deputy has been referred to my Department's inspectorate for examination. As soon as this examination is completed my Department will take a decision on the application and the VEC will be notified of the outcome.
