353 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a control of farmyard pollution application will be granted for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo in view of the fact that he has joined the REP scheme and needs to properly manage effluent control; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh):

An application under the new national scheme for the control of farm pollution has not been received to date in my Department's office in Sligo from the person in this case. Application forms are available from that office.
