395 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Finance if his Department has received a submission from an organisation (details supplied) requesting grant aid to develop a seven acre coastal site given to it by Fingal County Council; and, if so, his response to this request. [17935/99]

Minister for Finance (Mr. McCreevy):

I received a submission from the Irish Seal Sanctuary on 22 September. However, the matter raised is one for consideration by my colleague, the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands, and I have referred the submission to her.
