110 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the plans, if any, the Government has to cite the Indonesian Government under the terms of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in view of the activities of the Indonesian forces and Indonesian backed militias in East Timor; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
