379 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will make funding avail able to Ard Scoil Rís secondary school, Dublin 9, for its newly opened sports hall in view of the fact it has a bank loan of £232,000 and no public funds have been made available to the school for this purpose; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin):

Ard Scoil Rís secondary school, Dublin 9 has made application to my Department to retrospectively grant aid the new sports hall. The application is currently being considered and a decision will be made towards the end of this year.
