Vol. 508 No. 4

Written Answers. - Visa Applications.

Jack Wall

Question:

222 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the refusal of his Department to grant a holiday visa to a person (details supplied) to visit Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19312/99]

The visa application in question was refused because my Department was not satisfied, on the basis of the documentation supplied, that the applicant would observe the conditions of a visit visa.
