163 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the payments made in 1999 to a person (details supplied) in County Cork under the premia schemes; the payments still outstanding; and when these will issue. [19628/99]
The 1998 area aid application of the person named was initially processed with a reduced forage area. Special beef premium payments in respect of 1998 were based on this area. Following clarification from the herdowner the area was subsequently amended and further special beef premium payments issued based on the revised area. All outstanding 1998 special beef premium payments will issue to the person named as soon as possible.
