306 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive notification from the Land Registry that the transactions regarding his lands are complete. [19865/99]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 30 June 1999. A query issued to the lodging solicitors on the 18 August 1999 and a reply is awaited. The registration cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can confirm to the Deputy that the matter will be expedited by the Land Registry on receipt of a satisfactory response from the lodging solicitor involved.
