72 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education and Science if all the State-sponsored bodies under the aegis of his Department have guidelines dealing with sexual harassment and an equal opportunities policy set out in writing; and, if not, the agencies which do not have any guidelines or policies in this regard. The following State-sponsored bodies come under the aegis of my Department and the situation with regard to guidelines dealing with sexual harassment and to an equal opportunities policy set out in writing is as outlined in the following table:
