244 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Health and Children the plans, if any, he has regarding the crisis being experienced by an organisation (details supplied) which has been asked to vacate its premises (details supplied) by December 1999; and the subsequent serious difficulty which will be experienced by the staff members; and the organisation's ability to continue to provide its services to abused women and children. I am aware of the current difficulties being experienced by the organisation concerned and I have asked senior officials of my Department to raise the matter with the Eastern Health Board who are responsible for the funding of this organisation. I understand that the Eastern Health Board is in direct contact with the organisation.
