Written Answers. - Television Deflector Systems.
The issue of licences for television deflector systems is a matter for the director of telecommunications regulation. The director has recently submitted to me for my consent draft regulations to establish a licensing regime for deflector TV operations. I am having these draft regulations examined in consultation with the Attorney General.
