103 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the position in relation to a 1999 headage grant payment for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21974/99]

(Mr. Walsh): The applicant submitted 87.54 hectares on his 1999 area aid application. Following processing of his application an area of 87.26 hectares was determined and this area will be used for calculating payments. Any payments due will issue as soon as possible.
