Question:368 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive notification from Land Registry that transactions regarding his land are complete. [22321/99]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 30 June 1999. I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging solicitors on 18 August 1999 and a reply was received on 26 October 1999.
I understand that due to their complicated nature, these dealings can take some time to process, and that accordingly, it is not possible to estimate a completion date. However, I can confirm to the Deputy that providing all the documentation is in order, the application will be completed without undue delay.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part and release which was lodged on 30 October 1998. I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitors on 5 November 1999. The application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can confirm to the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory response from the lodging solicitor involved, the matter will be completed by the Land Registry without undue delay.
