I have not received a copy of the ACACIA project, which I understand is being prepared under the aegis of the European Commission Directorate General for Research, and relates to the assessment of the potential impacts of climate change in the EU, adaptive responses, identification of gaps in knowledge and the making of recommendations concerning concrete steps needed to achieve an in-depth assessment.
