Vol. 511 No. 6

Written Answers. - Tennis Court Projects.

Billy Timmins

Question:

237 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Finance if the attention of the Office of Public Works was drawn to the fact it was in possession of a deed which placed clear restrictions on the use of the real tennis court building, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, when it was going through the planning process; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25251/99]

Question:

238 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide a copy of the deed of the real tennis court building, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, held by the Office of Public Works, which may indicate that there are clear restrictions on its use. [25252/99]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 237 and 238 together.

I have arranged to let the Deputy have a copy of the deed in question for his information.
